Secretary of Defense Ash Carter will participate in a discussion on preparing the DoD for the future with former Secretary William S. Cohen at the Statesmen's Forum hosted by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) International Security Program on Monday, April 4 at 2 p.m.
