Contracts For July 5, 2018

NAVY

The Urban Collaborative – Louis Berger JV, Eugene, Oregon, is awarded a maximum amount $20,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering contract for architect-engineering services for planning projects at various locations in the Far East region.  The work to be performed provides for architect-engineering services including, but not limited to, the preparation of plans, planning related studies and assessments, analyses, cost estimates, training, and planning documents for planning projects.  No task orders are being issued at this time.  Work will be performed in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Far East area of responsibility (AOR) which includes, but is not limited to, Japan (70 percent); Singapore (10 percent); Diego Garcia (10 percent), and other areas within the AOR (10 percent).  The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of July 2023.  Fiscal 2018 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,000 are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Future task orders will be primarily funded by operations and maintenance (Navy).  This contract was competitively procured via the Asia Navy Electronic Commerce Online website with five proposals received.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Far East, Yokosuka, Japan, is the contracting activity (N40084-18-D-0063).

ARMY

World Wide Technology,* Maryland Heights, Missouri, was awarded a $19,091,526 firm-fixed-price contract to procure CISCO brand Voice over Internet Protocol phones with related hardware and software. Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 31, 2018. U.S. Army 408th Combat Support Battalion, Qatar, is the contracting activity (W912D2-18-F-5043).

General Technical Services,* Wall Township, New Jersey, was awarded a $9,997,151 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for scientific, engineering, and analysis support services. Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. Work will be performed in Adelphi, Maryland, with an estimated completion date of July 4, 2019. Fiscal 2018 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $3,731,600 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W911QX-18-F-0053).

MJ Engineering and Land Surveying PC,* Clifton Park, New York, was awarded a $9,900,000 firm-fixed-price contract for engineering and construction management services. Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of July 4, 2023. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York, New York, is the contracting activity (W912DS-18-D-0008).

Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp., Overland Park, Kansas, was awarded a $9,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect-engineer services. Bids were solicited via the Internet with six received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of July 4, 2023.
