The Urban Collaborative – Louis Berger JV, Eugene, Oregon, is awarded a maximum amount $20,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering contract for architect-engineering services for planning projects at various locations in the Far East region. The work to be performed provides for architect-engineering services including, but not limited to, the preparation of plans, planning related studies and assessments, analyses, cost estimates, training, and planning documents for planning projects. No task orders are being issued at this time. Work will be performed in the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Far East area of responsibility (AOR) which includes, but is not limited to, Japan (70 percent); Singapore (10 percent); Diego Garcia (10 percent), and other areas within the AOR (10 percent). The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of July 2023. Fiscal 2018 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $5,000 are obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Future task orders will be primarily funded by operations and maintenance (Navy).
