ARMY
 

Bechtel National, Inc., San Francisco, California was awarded a $1,340,391,614 modification (P00095) to contract W52P1J-09-C-0012 for modification for Agent Operations of the Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP). The original contract was for PCAPP facility design, construction, equipment acquisition, systemization, pilot testing, operations, and closure of the plant to destroy the chemical weapons stockpile stored at the depot under this contract. No funds are being obligated at award. Estimated completion date is July 19, 2019. Work will be performed in Pueblo, Colorado. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois is the contracting activity.
 

Walsh Group Ventures, Chicago, Illinois was awarded an $11,319,000 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of air traffic control tower and supporting facilities at Gray's Army Airfield, Joint Base Lewis McChord, Washington with an estimated completion date of April 8, 2017. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Fiscal 2015 military construction funds in the amount of $11,319,000 are being obligated at the time of the award. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle, Washington is the contracting activity (W912DW-15-C-0002).
 

Louisiana Workforce Commission, Baton Rouge, Louisiana was awarded a $9,581,526 modification (P00007) to contract W9124E-12-D-0002 for full food service for the Logistics Readiness Center, Ft. Polk, Louisiana. Fiscal 2015 other procurement funds in the amount of $896,941 were obligated at the time of the award. Estimated completion date is May 9, 2016. Work will be performed at Ft. Polk, Louisiana. Army Contracting Command, Ft. Polk, Louisiana is the contracting activity.
 

SAIC, McLean, Virginia was awarded a $7,769,196 modification (003766) to foreign military sales contract W31P4Q-05-A-0031 (Afghanistan, Australia, Bahrain, Central African Republic, Chad, Djibouti, Dominican Republic, Egypt, France, Georgia, Germany) for Systems and Computer Resources Support for the Aviation and Missile, Development and Engineering Center, Software Engineering Directorate Army Research, Development and Engineering Command. Fiscal 2015 research, development, testing, and evaluation and other procurement funds in the amount of $7,769,196 were obligated at the time of the award. Estimated completion date is Feb. 20, 2017. Work will be performed at Redstone Arsenal. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama is the contracting activity.


NAVY
 

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a $150,609,953 fixed-price-incentive (firm target) contract to provide an integrated reprogramming capability to build, test, modify, and field F-35 Lightning II mission data files for Australia and the United Kingdom. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas and is expected to be completed in December 2018. International partner funds in the amount of $150,609,953 are being obligated on this award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This modification combines purchases for the Governments of Australia ($82,885,335; 55 percent) and United Kingdom ($67,724,618; 45 percent). This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting authority (N00019-15-C-0105).
 

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Woodland Hills, California, is being awarded an $83,738,954 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for research and development efforts associated with the system improvement of system configuration sets for the AH-1Z and UH-1Y mission computers in support of the U.S. Marine Corps. Efforts include designing, developing, and implementing upgrades to existing mission computer software and ancillary hardware and/or improved functionality and obsolescence management of the mission computer. Work will be performed in Woodland Hills, California (80 percent); Salt Lake City, Utah (15 percent) and Baltimore, Maryland (5 percent) and is expected to be completed in April 2019. This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to FAR.6.302-1. Fiscal 2014 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $150,000 will be obligated at time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity (N68936-15-D-0013).
 

BAE Systems San Diego Ship Repair, San Diego, California, is being awarded a $35,139,444 modification to previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee/incentive-fee contract (N00024-12-C-4403) for USS Comstock (LSD 45) fiscal 2015 phased maintenance availability (PMA). A PMA includes the planning and execution of depot-level maintenance, alterations, and modifications that will update and improve the ship's military and technical capabilities. Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by February 2016. Fiscal 2015 operations and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $35,139,444 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego, California, is the contracting activity.
 

NAVGeo, LLC, Dayton, Ohio, is being awarded a maximum amount $30,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity architect-engineering contract with a for Geographic Information Systems, professional surveying and mapping services for work predominantly in the eastern continental United States, worldwide. No task orders are being issued at this time. Work will be performed at various Navy and Marine Corps facilities and other Government facilities predominantly in the eastern United States but also worldwide. The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of April 2020. Fiscal 2015 operation and maintenance (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $10,000 are being obligated on this award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was competitively procured via the Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with nine proposals received. The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia, is the contracting activity (N62470-15-D-5007).
 

AIR FORCE
 

Northrop Grumman Information Systems, Herndon, Virginia, has been awarded a $35,000,000 modification (P00005) to previously awarded contract FA8750-13-D-0091 for information processing for data to decision making. Contractor will continue in-scope activities in support of the functions and customers of the Air Force Research Laboratory's mission partners, of Air Combat Command and the 35th Information Squadron. Work will be performed at Herndon, Virginia and Bellevue, Nebraska, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 6, 2018. Research, development, test and evaluation and operations and maintenance funds will be obligated on individual orders. Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome, New York, is the contracting activity.
 

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY
 

TW Metals, Exton, Pennsylvania, has been awarded a maximum $200,000,000 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, prime vendor contract for metals tailored logistics support for the Southeast region. Estimated value cited is based on demand quantities for the life of the contract. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and four offers were received. This is a five-year base contract with no option period. Location of performance is Pennsylvania with an April 8, 2020 performance completion date. Using military services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal year 2015 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE8E5-15-D-0015).
 

The Boeing Company, St. Louis, Missouri, has been awarded a maximum $173,500,000 undefinitized contract for various aircraft control surface depot level repairable spare parts. Estimated value cited is based on demand quantities for the life of the contract. This contract was a sole-source acquisition. This is a four-year base contract with no option periods. Location of performance is Missouri with an April 30, 2019 performance completion date. Using military service is Navy. Type of appropriation is fiscal year 2019 Navy working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Royal Food Service, Inc.,* Atlanta, Georgia, has been awarded a maximum $94,000,000 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-quantity contract for fresh fruit and vegetable support. Estimated value cited is based on demand quantities for the life of the contract. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and three offers were received. This is an eighteen-month base contract with two eighteen-month option periods. Location of performance is Georgia with an Oct. 8, 2016 performance completion date. Using service is Department of Agriculture schools. Type of appropriation is fiscal year 2015 defense working capital funds.
