Secretary Carter to Speak on the Force of the Future

Secretary of Defense Ash Carter will announce the first phase of personnel reforms in his Force of the Future initiative at George Washington University November 18 at 2 p.m.

The Force of the Future initiative will consist of multiple elements, each with creative and modern proposals designed to help recruit and retain the best men and women our nation has to offer.
