Defense Secretary Ash Carter travels to India and the Philippines to help advance regional security and solidify the rebalance to the Asia-Pacific region with allies and partners. Carter also will visit the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia to help accelerate the lasting defeat of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, and participate in the U.S. Gulf Cooperation Council defense meeting.
