U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer Philip Phillips pilots a landing craft air cushion as it transports Marines and equipment from ship to shore near Okinawa, Japan. The vehicles are assigned to Naval Beach Unit 7. The Marines are assigned to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit and are currently conducting Spring Patrol 2015.
