U.S. Air Force Red Horse engineers saw lumber for tent frames as they build a tent city at Tuzla Air Base, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on Dec. 31, 1995. The wood is being cut to size to form the ridges on the ceiling support for the hard backed tents. The tents will be used to house U.S. Army and Air Force troops at Tuzla Air Base. The engineers are from the 823rd Red Horse Civil Engineering Squadron, Hurlburt Field, Fla.
