U.S. Navy Seabees use a forklift to place crates of tents in a muddy field outside Zupanja, Croatia, on Jan. 4, 1996. The Seabees are in to Zupanja as part of the NATO Enabling Force of Operation Joint Endeavor. Enabling forces are moving into the Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Slovenia theaters of operation to prepare entry points for the main Implementation Force (IFOR). The Seabees, deployed from Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133, Gulfport, Miss., will construct housing facilities for 2,500 U.S. transient troops.
