1st Civil Engineering Squadron works at a Jordanian Air Force Base.
U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Paul A. Loede Jr., a Engineer Assistant from the 1st Civil Engineering Squadron, Langley Air Force Base, Va., uses an auto level to check distances at a Jordanian Air Force Base on April 1, 1996. The 1st Civil Engineering Squadron will erect a small tent city to support a U.S. Air Force Air Power Expeditionary Force which will operate out of Jordan. The Expeditionary Force will provide additional land-based air forces to augment regional assets. The deployment will also give the Air Force an opportunity to work and train with coalition partners in the region. The deployment should be completed near the end of June 1996.
