A U.S. Air Force MH-53J Pave Low helicopter makes an approach on April 4, 1996, to the site where wreckage of the U.S. Air Force T-43A which crashed on April 3 while carrying Commerce Secretary Ronald H. Brown and his delegation is scattered on a hillside approximately 3 kilometers north of the Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia. Military and civilian investigators are sifting through the wreckage to determine the cause of the crash.
