Staff Sgt. Charles Solomon fires a M16-A2 rifle for marksmanship qualifications at a range near Handalici, Bosnia and Herzegovina, during Operation Joint Endeavor on June 27, 1996. Solomon and others from the 141st Signal Battalion, Bad Kreuznach, Germany, are using the rifle range to maintain their qualifications while deployed as part of the NATO Implementation Force (IFOR) in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
