U.S. Air Force personnel board a C-5 Galaxy for the Persian Gulf area of operations at Moron Air Base, Spain, on Nov. 22, 1997. The airmen will support over 170 U.S. Air Force aircraft operating in the region as part of Operation Southern Watch which is the U.S. and coalition enforcement of the no-fly-zone over Southern Iraq.
