U.S. Air Force personnel from the 89th Civil Engineering Squadron build a fuel-bladder holding facility at an operating base in Southwest Asia on Feb. 15, 1998. The engineers are part of an Air Mobility Command Tanker Task Force operating in the Southwest Asia theater in support of Operation Southern Watch which is the U.S. and coalition enforcement of the no-fly-zone over Southern Iraq. The engineers of the 89th are deployed to the Gulf region from Andrews Air Force Base, Md.
