U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Neil Rothbauer takes pictures of children living at the Mother and Child Refugee Center in Simin Han, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on Jan. 30, 1998. The center houses refugees from Srebrenica, whose fathers were killed or missing from the Balkan Conflicts. Rothbauer, along with members from the 401st Expeditionary Air Base Group out of Tuzla Air Base, volunteered to deliver donations of toys, food and clothing to help the people living at the refugee center. Rothbauer is a power production journeyman assigned to the 401st Expeditionary Air Base Group as part of the Stabilization Force in Operation Joint Guard.
