A U.S. Air Force C-5 Galaxy loadmaster guides a U.S. Army M93A1 Fox nuclear, biological, and chemical reconnaissance systems vehicle out of a Galaxy at an operating base in Southwest Asia on Feb. 19, 1998, during Operation Southern Watch. Southern Watch is the U.S. and coalition enforcement of the no-fly-zone over southern Iraq. The Fox vehicle is deployed to the Gulf region from the 92nd Chemical Company, Fort Stewart, Ga.
