Rodeo 98 tests the flight and ground skills of aircrews as well as the related skills of special tactics, security forces, aerial porters, aeromedical evacuation and maintenance members. The goal of the international airlift-tanker competition is to develop and improve techniques and procedures that enhance air mobility operations. The Hercules is assigned to the Air Mobility Warfare Center, Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark.
