Reservists of the 28th Infantry Division, Delta Company 110th, 2nd Platoon located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, participate in Baltic Challenge '98, the largest peace support exercise held in the Baltic Region. The United States and 11 European nations will participate in this operation that will be conducted in the spirit of the "Partnership-for-Peace (PFP)" program, the soldiers partake in their annual training on the 7th Dragoon Coastal Defense Battalion base located in the country of Lithuania. Their presence was also part of the Baltic Operation.
