A mass casualty drill during Baltic Challenge.
Combat Service Support Detachment (CCSD) 67 Shock Trauma Platoon (STP) from Camp Lejeune, N. C. , participates in a mass casualty drill during Baltic Challenge '98. Over 100 mock casualties were treated and then flown to the USNS Comfort T AH 20 as part of the drill. Baltic Challenge '98 is the largest peace support exercise held in the Baltic region. Conducted in the spirit of the "Partnership-for-Peace (PFP)" program, the exercise will take place at sea, land and air training locations in and near Klaipeda on the western coast of Lithuania.
