Staff Sgt. Russell Brion, U.S. Army (left), helps Russian Sgt. Helen Viliulina (right) with her parachute gear at Eagle Base, Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina, on Sept. 28, 1998. Both soldiers are preparing to participate in a joint airborne exercise with Polish paratroopers of the 6th Air Assault, 16th Airborne Battalion. Sixty-four paratroopers will jump from a U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules flown by the 67th Special Operations Squadron, RAF Mildenhall, England. Viliulina is member of the Russian Separate Airborne Brigade, Camp Ugljevik, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Brion, attached to the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne), Stuttgart, Germany, is deployed to Bosnia and Herzegovina to support Operation Joint Forge.
