Water and medical supplies destined for the Dominican Republic as part of Hurricane Georges relief efforts are loaded on a U.S. Coast Guard C-130 Hercules at Naval Station Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico, on Sept. 29, 1998. The water and medical supplies are a small part of the Federal Emergency Management Agency requests for delivery of more than 8,500 tons of hurricane relief supplies and aid in the Caribbean.
