Water and medical supplies destined for the Dominican Republic as part of Hurricane Georges relief efforts are loaded on a U.S. Coast Guard C-130 Hercules at Naval Station Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico, on Sept. 29, 1998. The water and medical supplies are a small part of the Federal Emergency Management Agency requests for delivery of more than 8,500 tons of hurricane relief supplies and aid in the Caribbean. The Hercules is deployed from Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater, Fla.
