One U.S. Air Force B-52H Stratofortress is towed past another on the flight line at Navy Support Facility Diego Garcia, British Indian Ocean Territory, on Jan. 25, 1999. The Stratofortresses are operating from Diego Garcia in support of Operation Southern Watch, which is the U.S. and coalition enforcement of the no-fly-zone over Southern Iraq. The aircraft are part of the 2nd Air Expeditionary Group which is made up of aircraft deployed from Barksdale Air Force Base, La., Minot Air Force Base, N.D., and Travis Air Force Base, Calif.
