Air National Guard Col. Richard Noble (right), receives the first of a series of anthrax inoculations from Maj. Theresa Prince (left) at McEntire Air National Guard Station, S.C., on Jan. 9, 1999. Noble volunteered to be the first member of the 169th Fighter Wing to receive his anthrax inoculation. Noble is the vice commander of the 169th which flies the F-16C Fighting Falcon. Prince is chief of nursing services of the 169th Medical Squadron at McEntire.
