Master Sgt. Greg Bacon shoots a level line for the floor of a large general purpose tent to be erected at a U.S. military base camp being built near El Progreso, Honduras, on Jan, 19, 1999. Bacon is a U.S. Air Force reservist attached to the 452nd Civil Engineer Squadron, March Air Reserve Base, Calif. The engineers are deployed as part of a joint service, civil engineering project tasked with building the 480 bed base camp for U.S. military units participating in the humanitarian Exercise New Horizon 99. The joint task force is comprised of service members from the U.S. Air Force Reserve, Air National Guard, U.S. Army and Army National Guard.
