Cpl. Stephen Ramsey, U.S. Marine Corps, loads 20 mm machine gun rounds into an F/A-18C Hornet on the flight deck of USS Enterprise (CVN 65) on April 5, 1999. Enterprise and its embarked Carrier Air Wing 3 are on station in the Persian Gulf in support of Operation Southern Watch, which is the U.S. and coalition enforcement of the no-fly-zone over Southern Iraq. Ramsey is attached to Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 312.
