Airman 1st Class Andre Raymundo directs a U.S. Air Force C-5 Galaxy transport aircraft to a parking spot on the ramp at Hoedspruit Air Force Base, South Africa, on March 7, 2000. The Galaxy is delivering cargo, personnel and two HH-60 Pave Hawk helicopters from the 41st Rescue Squadron, Moody Air Force Base, Ga., for Operation Atlas Response. Operation Atlas Response is the U.S. military's contribution to relief efforts following torrential rains and flooding in southern Mozambique and South Africa.
