Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen talks to Marines of Charlie Company, Light Armored Vehicle Detachment, 1st Light Armored Reconnaissance Battalion following their participation in a live-fire training exercise at the Udairi Training Range in northern Kuwait on April 8, 2000.
