Secretary of Defense William S. Cohen addresses forum participants following the debriefing session of the 1st Senior Enlisted Advisors Forum in the Pentagon on June 22, 2000. Over 100 participants have been brought to Washington, D.C., to discuss some of the most challenging quality of life issues affecting the military such as child care, health care, recruiting and retention, Department of Defense schools and military compensation.
