Montana Army National Guard Spc. Montana Army and Air National Guard troops are receiving two days of fire fighting and safety training to prepare them to tackle raging wild fires throughout their state. Over 400 Montana National Guard men and women are currently on state-active duty helping fight wildfires in the worst fire season since 1988.
