Pararescuemen from the California Air National Guard 129th Rescue Wing and members of the Chilean Air Force carry role-playing victims of a simulated crash to a Chilean Black Hawk helicopter for transport to a medical facility in the Atacama Desert north of Santiago, Chile, on Nov. 15, 2000. The mass casualty evacuation exercise was part of a medical and pre-trauma hospital response training exchange between the Chilean Air Force, California Air National Guard and the Wilford Hall Medical Center of Lackland Air Force Base, Texas.
