The USS Cowpens (CG 63) is assisted by tugboats as it arrives in Singapore on Feb. 2, 2001, to load humanitarian relief supplies for India's earthquake victims. The guided missile cruiser will transport the supplies to India to aid victims of the January 26th earthquake.
