Bush is in the Pentagon to visit the Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program Technology Evaluation Center (CAPTEC), and will address Department of Defense personnel. CAPTEC provides assistive technology, such as adaptive computers, electronic equipment and devices specially designed to meet the needs of employees with disabilities. Singleton is a program analyst with CAPTEC. Cohen is Director of CAPTEC.
