President Bush stressed his continued support for employment and accessibility for persons with disabilities. Bush visited the Pentagon Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program Technology Evaluation Center (CAPTEC) which ensures people with disabilities have equal access to the information environment and opportunities in the Federal Government.
