Bush was in the Pentagon to visit the Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program Technology Evaluation Center (CAPTEC), and address Department of Defense personnel. CAPTEC provides assistive technology, such as adaptive computers, electronic equipment and devices specially designed to meet the needs of employees with disabilities.
