Pentagon construction workers place sections of plastic formwork liner to create a section of wall at the Pentagon.
Pentagon construction workers place sections of plastic formwork liner in which concrete will be poured to create a section of wall at the Pentagon on Feb. 12, 2002. The plastic liner is molded to replicate the feel and look of the original 1941 wooden plank formwork used in building the Pentagon. Crews are working nearly around-the-clock as they pour concrete for floors and walls to replace those damaged in the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attack on the building.
