Brig. Gen. John W. Rosa Jr., U.S. Air Force, participates in his first Pentagon press briefing on March 1, 2002. Rosa is replacing Navy Rear Adm. John Stufflebeem who has been a regular feature in the Pentagon briefing studio since the start of U.S. operations in Afghanistan. Rosa is the deputy director for current operations on the Joint Staff.
