Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld accepts a personalized team jersey from members of the National Basketball Association's Chicago Bulls in the Pentagon on March 4, 2002. Rumsfeld, a native son of Chicago, said the number 13 was very appropriate for him as he served between 1975 and 1977 as the nation's 13th secretary of defense and is currently serving as the 21st defense secretary.
