Rosa Jr. announced the end of Operation Anaconda in Afghanistan. Operation Anaconda was a combat operation involving U.S. and coalition forces against al Qaeda terrorist training camps and military installations in the Shahikot Mountains of eastern Afghanistan, near the city of Gardez.
