Principal Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics Michael Wynne briefs reporters at the Pentagon on some of the new technologies being developed for indirect fire weapons, munitions for tube artillery and surface-to-surface rocket systems applications on May 15, 2002. Wynne also discussed the consequences of the cancellation of the Army's Crusader Artillery System and the transfer of some of Crusader's advanced technologies to other weapon's programs.
