Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld is introduced to the multi-national assembly of NATO troops assigned to Geilenkirchen Air Base, Germany, on June 7, 2002. Rumsfeld is on a 10-day tour of nine countries to meet with senior leaders and to visit with U.S. troops deployed abroad.
