Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld returns a hard hat to John Trujillo after autographing it during a town hall meeting in the Pentagon on Aug. 6, 2002. Rumsfeld told the audience of the need for transformation in the Department of Defense. The meeting provides an opportunity for the Pentagon's military and civilian employees to ask questions of the secretary.
