Secretary of Defense Donald H.Rumsfeld responds to a reporter's question concerning his upcoming meeting with President George W. Bush in Texas, during the Aug. 20, 2002, Pentagon press briefing. Rumsfeld confirmed that he and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Richard Myers and the Director of the Missile Defense Agency Lt. Gen. Ronald Kadish, would be briefing the president on a number of issues.
