Philippine Secretary of National Defense Angelo Reyes (left) is the guest of honor at a working lunch hosted by Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld in the Pentagon on Feb. 28, 2003. Reyes and Rumsfeld discussed a number of bilateral security concerns including the issue of how the United States could better help the Philippine government in its attempt to eliminate the terrorist organization Abu Sayyaf as part of the global war on terror.
