Myers, U.S. Air Force, tells reporters at a Pentagon press briefing on March 21, 2003, about three Iraqi tugboats that were stopped and boarded by coalition ships off the coast of Iraq. The boarding party found weapons, uniforms and over 130 mines on the tugboats. Naval vessels in the Persian Gulf are being extra vigilant to ensure the Iraqi Navy has not placed any mines in international waters. Myers and Secretary of Defense Donald H.
