Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Douglas Feith joined three other authorities at the Pentagon, July 18, 2003, in briefing news reporters on the post-conflict reconstruction of Iraq. The findings of the study panel are contained in a report just released by the Center for Strategic and International Studies.
