A group of U.S. Navy personnel pray at the grave of a comrade lost in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attack on the Pentagon. Many families and friends of the victims were on hand for the Sept. 11, 2003, memorial wreath laying performed at Arlington National Cemetery by Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Richard B. Myers. Fifty of the victims of the attack are buried in this particular section containing a monument to all the victims.
