At the Arlington National Cemetery Patriot's Day observance, Sept. 11, 2003, an Army chaplain comforts the spouse of one of the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attack on the Pentagon. During the ceremony, Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Richard B. Myers placed a floral wreath at the memorial to the 184 victims of the attack.
