Family members of one of the victims of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attack on the Pentagon are overcome with grief during Patriot's Day observances at Arlington National Cemetery marking the second anniversary of the attack. Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Richard B. Myers spoke at the event and placed a floral wreath at the monument to the 184 victims.
