Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld talks with U.S. service men and women during lunch at the Magellan Hall dining facility at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, on Nov. 14, 2003. Rumsfeld used the stop in Guam as opportunity to speak with the troops in a town hall meeting and to meet local commanders and officials. Rumsfeld will travel to Japan and South Korea to meet with U.S. military forces and the local military and civilian leadership.
