Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld introduces President George W. Bush to the audience in the Pentagon on Nov. 24, 2003. Bush is at the Pentagon to sign the National Defense Authorization Act. The Act provides $401.3 billion for the Department of Defense, which will allow for continued support of the missions of the U.S. Military and its men and women serving around the globe.
