Acting Secretary of the Army Les Brownlee and Army Chief of Staff Gen. Schoomaker announce the restructuring of Army aviation.
Acting Secretary of the Army Les Brownlee (right) and Army Chief of Staff Gen. Peter J. Schoomaker (left) announce the restructuring of Army aviation during a Pentagon press briefing on Feb. 23, 2004.
